Return Policy on Printed Products
Since products are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, if there is a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if the issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery. You can report such issues via email to support@trudybeerman.com and provide a clear photo showing the problem. There's no need to return the damaged product. If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit a refund of the product price will be issued.
