Take Your Rightful Place Puzzle (48 pieces)

Based on the story of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-32), this puzzle is a fun way to remember several things about being a follower of Christ:

• The value is in the relationship with the Father, not the stuff (inheritance).
• There is a distinction between being an heir and being a servant.
• Stuff can be gained and lost, but the son remains a son despite offering to become a servant.
• Considering the full picture on the box as the finished outcome, the Box with the full picture represents the Bible. The pieces in the box may seem random to us (the pieces), but if we reference the completed picture, regardless of where we are in the process, we know the final outcome.
• Every piece is essential. We are important. If one piece is missing from the puzzle, it will be noticeable and obviously incomplete. We are all important to God and His purpose.
• You - yes, you, are invited to return and take your rightful place as heir.
• 48 pieces. This was strategic. 12 is the number of governments in the Bible (the 12 tribes of Israel, the 12 Apostles). 4 is the number of the earth (the four corners of the earth, the four seasons). We pray, "Thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven." Well, kingdom (12), earth (4), 4x12 = 48.
